A part from the gcc4/libtool stuff, a lot of libs got upgraded so probably
you'll need to recompile all your home-made package (I assume these are
the one you are talking about). As for wine-20041019, it might not
compile with the new gcc4. You'll need to check that by yourself.

To recompile, bump the pkgrel and add:
find $startdir/pkg -name '*.la' -exec rm {} \;
at end of PKGBUILD to remove libtool files. This should work unless they
need to be patch for gcc4.

As for kdiff3, I assume that you are using my PKGBUILD in AUR. :) When
gcc4 will hit current, I'll update all my PKGBUILD to remove the libtool
files and to check if they builds with gcc4. You can try it yourself or
wait until I update it (I might even add it to community). If there are
problems with other AUR PKGBUILD, post a comment and the contributor will,
hopefully, update his PKGBUILD.

Just upgrading should work. Just in case, keep an eye on the ML, news
on Arch home page and post install message.
