That's just because it doesn't really exist yet. The installation usually changes a little from release to release, and therefore the documentation is supposed to change as well to reflect this. Hence someone, usually me, uses this ISO to do a couple test installs and rewrite the install guide to make sure the on-screen messages are in sync with the messages noted in the install guide, and potential pitfalls are mentioned where appropriate.
