I suggest you dont use testing, if its only your second day on arch. Last i heard, upgrading from xorg 6.8 to 7.0RC4 is not all that smooth. What you can do is just get the firefox-1.5-1.pkg.tar.gz from the testing directory on ftp.archlinux.org, and install it on current system. No need to upgrade complete system to -testing.
