The point of this message is that you don't need hotplug anymore. As the message linked above states, "The only use for hotplug nowadays is the coldplugging at bootup, which we can use hwdetect or hwd for now." So take your pick (it seems that hwdetect is preferred) and follow the instructions mentioned above to allow for module loading.
