What about default files, like /etc/fonts/fonts.conf, that says "DO NOT
EDIT THIS FILE!" on top. I've seen people putting it in NoUpgrade and
get a completely hosed font setup after we upgraded to 2.4.1, because
fontconfig 2.3.x had a different cache configuration that's not
compatible with 2.4.
