Were some of these packages moved to the community or aur repos, I would certainly consider investing some time periodically to update or maintain them. But, there's a big gap in my knowledge of what you folks need to be done, when and where. Is there a cook book or wiki for a couple of the easier or medium difficulty packages that could be pointed to for example? I might then be better able to assess my ability to contribute.
