Greetings Fendi Welcome to the Arches community, and great to know of your interest in using Arches in Malaysia! Arches has been designed as an enterprise-level system (for use at organizational or project scales), and not as a desktop application. Perhaps if you have access to others who have experience with installing and implementing information systems, it may be worthwhile to speak with them about installation.
