Hey Ilya, I used to head the Cultural Heritage Mapping Project <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:PEG/WM_PH/Cultural_Heritage_Mapping_project_2014> two years ago, and Arches was supposed to be our mapping platform to supplement Wikipedia articles for all identified historic resources, but the local Wikimedia chapter effed it up, so we disbanded and we regrouped to where we are now <http://www.philippineheritagemap.org/map>.
