Hi,
We are being asked to have our Ariel machine send to an
e-mail address via the Send Queue. I wasn't expecting
this to be a problem as I thought our Ariel machine was
already configured for out-going mail. We are able to
send documents to patron's e-mail address from the Archive
to the Delivery Queue but we don't seem to be able to
perform a "Scan and Send" action and have the document be
successfully delivered via the Send Queue. When I try to
send a document this way, it sits in the Send Queue but
doesn't seem to move. It sits as "Ready"
Not sure anyone out there has information on sending
documents this way, but any information on settings for
this way of using Ariel would be greatly appreciated.
