They suggest you set up an email address that is used for Ariel only. Then go to document - settings - email (I think) and add the server information, return address, etc., and set up how often emails should be downloaded into Ariel. The articles it finds go into the received article queue as if they were sent to your IP, any other mail goes into the Ariel junk mail folder which is a folder on that computer.
