Huh? Are you suggesting that Tmobile and Microsoft are incapable of
completing the needs justification process??
Incapable? No. But it is likely inappropriate. If one of them has a plan
to do something over the next 3 years that needs a /7 of space and they
can find a seller and can afford the price, why should ARIN be
preventing that sale because the needs justification window is shorter
than 3 years? It isn't like either of them is going to just up and
disappear, right?
