Proposal 207 is novel, but it is meant strictly for those looking to
'transition' to IPv6, so in this case he might not qualify..
I don't think that 207 is enough yet, and while on it's own I could
normally support it except for one thing.. 30 days is a little to short
of time for smaller operators trying to work through getting the routing
all done, and other internals to expect them to get 25% of the IP(s) set
up in that short of a time frame.
I would support with a '90 day' time frame for them to configure 25% usage.
But again, I think that 207 could be expanded to also include a
reduction in the size allotments for single homed in general from a /20
to a /22, and by putting this all in 207, we stand to see it getting
earlier approval I believe
