No, the DTN folks are primarily concerned with achieving deterministic latency and thus are doing things with timestamps in packets and interesting queueing disiplines. They are not involved in routing and addressing. Bundle Protocol is another proposed network layer, competitive with IP, for space applications. TIPTOP is specifically chartered to deliver an IP based architecture. Cheers, Tony
