No, no special repos are needed, even for older RPi generations. But special image is needed. It is single image which support all 64 bit RPi devices. But ... at the moment booting only from MicroSD card for RPi5 is supported. See: https://en.opensuse.org/HCL:Raspberry_Pi5 Regard, Ivan
