Dear Paola,
I am ccing this to the google groups because this is where you will get faster response. There are mouse cdfs on the aroma.affymetrix page

Hello,

I am interested in running FIRMA on a set of Mouse exon arrays. The unsupported, standard cdf file from Affymetrix is MoEx-1_0-st-v1.cdf. If I am not misunderstanding the information on the aroma-project.org website, it is highly recommended the use of custom cdf files (which are available for Human but not for mouse on the website itself).

Where can I find a custom cdf file for mouse? If not currently available, can you provide some guidance on how to obtain it from the standard Affymetrix file? Alternatively, can I use the cdf files provided with exonMap (deprived of background and control probesets)?

Thanks in advance for you help on this matter,
Paola

When reporting problems on aroma.affymetrix, make sure 1) to run the latest
version of the package, 2) to report the output of sessionInfo() and
traceback(), and 3) to post a complete code example.
