True ....I cudn't have got myself to write such a long mail but I
more than agree to each and every word that you have written sire.
Lets not be fanatics and madmen in expressing our respect and love
for Rahman. I stated this elsewhere and I state it again.....
Do u really think that awards and rankings and the music charts
reflect or will ever capture the genius of this man? No ..they can't
and they won't ....and do u think Rahman would approve this sort of
fanaticism - I certainly don't believe so ....
Enjoy his music folks and discuss that ...be happy and feel blessed
to be around in the time of this man. When the man himself has stated
time and again that he wishes that his music and music in general
breaks all boundaries of hatred and tension in this world - why do we
want to create that very thing that he despises ...
And again ..Krishh, a good mail ....hope others see it the way I did
