320 VBR is the best if you take into account both audio quality and 
file size. 320 VBR saves you around 2-3 Mb in the file size (you can 
fit in one additional song for every 2 songs)

The difference between 320CBR and VBR is that, CBR has 320kbps 
constant throughout the whole song. In VBR, its 320kbps for the peak 
moments of the song (where the music is pretty heavy and intensive) 
and it drops to around 192-224kbps for the less intensive (low peaks) 
for which you do not need 320kbps.

I suggest 320kbps if you have a 4-8gb mp3 player. If you have 20+Gb 
mp3 players, you could well afford all 320kbps CBR files.
