There's a reason homes are so expensive in L.A. where I live...it is around 70 degrees ALL the time; summer, winter, fall and spring. My mother came out from Southern Illinois to visit in June and we had to go buy her a coat because she was used to 90 by 90 weather by then and couldn't handle the 68 by 20 springtime in Torrance, CA.
