After looking over some of their documentation it appears that you can have the system send an email as part of the alert process. Have you looked at using the email engine to have tickets created on certain events?

Im use an application for monitoring some servers that calls whatsup.
Does anybody knows if exist any integration/automatization that generates a ticket on Remedy whenever an events is performed on it.I mean when a server goes down this application must communicate within remedy and submit a ticket.
