Title: RE: CMDB post installation checklist..

Joe:

I installed the CMDB without changing this user's permissions and I had no problems (well other than a bunch of 65280's because of the CMDB upgrade which is 'normal' because the installation script did not stop the processes before the underlying library files were upgraded.)

True - it says that it needs to be an administrator at the time of install so I guess that is probably what was missing during the install - what surprises me is that when this user gets imported it doesn't automatically have the permissions that it requires... so what happens when its a fresh install - does that mean that your initial install will always fail cause that user is not an adminstrator user? I would have thought that the installation script would automatically make this user an administrative user and complain if it cannot because of a shortage of Fixed licenses...
