** I've got a similar error message during the installation of ARS 7 on Solaris 10/Oracle 9.2i, namely:

ld.so.1: oraload: fatal: libclntsh.so.10.1: open failed: No such file or directory

I get the same error message if I start oraload manually (<installer_directory>/solaris/oraload, ORACLE_HOME is set to /appl/oracle/product/9.2.0).. 10g seems to be mandatory although the compatibility matrix shows something different. Is anybody else facing this issue?
