Is it possible to prompt the user for confirmation when they are exiting
the Remedy User Tool?

At times when users think they are closing a ticket window (click X in
upper right corner of window) they are instead closing the application.
They then have to log back in to Remedy. After researching, here is
what I have tried so far:

When the main control form is closing I send an event to all windows
with the string "AppClosing". An active link (that runs on this event)
pops up a confirmation window I created. When the user selects No and
the pop-up window returns the value to the main control window, the next
AL pops up a message of type Error letting them know that the
application will not close. However, the form still closes.

As a variation, instead of displaying an error message I run Open Window
to reopen the main control form. This time when I select No the Remedy
application closes and another confirmation window (the one I created)
is displayed. Selecting Yes or No only causes the confirmation window
to close. *This is somewhat unexpected since the Remedy User Tool is
closed yet a window that only runs within the Remedy User Tool is still
active.

Thanks.
