Has anyone experienced problems installing the ITSM 7.0 Apps on HPUX 11.11 w/ Oracle 10g client? This is the order that I have installed the system thus far: ARS 7.0 CMDB APPROVAL ASSIGNMENT
As soon as I try to install any of the ITSM Apps, Incident, Problem, Change, or Asset Management it errors out at the point where the app tries to untar the bin.tar.z file. When looking at the install log there is nothing usefull at all. Here is the bottom of the log "[ERROR][Tue Jul 25 12:01:13.50] processXmlCmd- File /opt/remedy/install/RemedyARS7.0/hpux/incident/cdrom/*/package.xml does not exist. [Tue Jul 25 12:01:13.50] rikMain- Returning 10 for command xml The Error log file is being closed [ERROR][Tue Jul 25 12:01:13.240] processXmlCmd- A node value is required for command set. [Tue Jul 25 12:01:13.240] rikMain- Returning 1003 for command xml The Error log file is being closed" I have already removed and tried to do a clean install as well. Any input would be great.
