Hello, We are facing two problems related to Web cache (on Native(user tools) it is working absolutely fine):
- Refresh table on display only form on Web - Some time skips push/set field action of active links made on display only form on Web 1) For refreshing table we finally made the table qualification by external keyword with some counter variable which will be changed every time when refreshing table. Because if we are not using counter then it will start to show data from cache. If you know any better solution which can be implemented from 'Remedy Objects' to avoid using web cache then please suggest. Although the thing can be skipped by setting 'Every Visit to the Page' in i.e. 6.0. 2) Second problem is much more strange because it is not allowing remedy flow to push/set action if same action found in it's cache. For eg. Add some data (x) in a table then removed (x) and then again trying to add same data (x) by web interface ,it does not work if button to add/remove is on display only form. We again added some counter value(like counter=counter and increase counter on every add/remove) in push/set field Qualification so that the Qualification changed every time to push data into any regular form. But here again we failed to find any direct solution which can be used to face such type of problems of Remedy on web. Please share your views if you know any better solution of such problem on web. We are using ARS 6.x , HelpDesk 6.0 and Internet Explorer for Web Browser.
