Hi Stephen:
If you look under your profile on Supportweb, there's a section called
e-alerts which is supposed to notify you of new patches, etc.
However, I haven't received a notification from this in several months. Am
I the only one this is happening to? I'm just wondering if I need to check
my spam filters.

offer a subscription option whereby you are notified by email when

In case you didn't see this, and are using (or looking at) ITSM 7, there
are patches for Change and SLM out there - since Thursday. The SLM one
is only necessary for those wanting to use Windows-only authentication
to SQL, but the CM one has a lot of functional fixes in it.
