I opted to import the DSL data during this install and a previous install (either Incident, Problem, or CMDB, I don't remember which).
The error message reads as if there is a bug in the installer. You'll notice the name of the group CM was looking for was spelled ">20052</id>". I clicked OK and continued the installation (still installing).
