Have you been reviewing the html log generated for each install?  They
are under the <app>/Logs directory for each app.  Backtracking those
logs and looking for failed events may shed some light.

I installed CM and all the apps with the DSL data (Solaris) and did not
receive this message.  It may be the order you installed the apps that
is the difference.  We did CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset.
