I installed CM and all the apps with the DSL data (Solaris) and did
not receive this message. It may be the order you installed the apps
that is the difference. We did CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change,
Asset.

The error message reads as if there is a bug in the installer. You'll
notice the name of the group CM was looking for was spelled
">20052</id>". I clicked OK and continued the installation (still
installing).

I didn't get that error. Mine ran for a minute or two, and was done. I
do have that group ID (for DSL Master).

Subject: CM 7.0 Install Error

I am installing CM 7.0 and received this pop-up error during the
"Updating ARSystem, please wait..." message. Should I be concerned?

Group with the same ID 20052 exists, but with a different name.
Expected group name is >20052</id> .
Please correct the problem and click "OK."
