If by SSO you mean the Remedy AREA LDAP plug-in, you can configure an authentication alias on the User form for the users who have Remedy login name different from their name in the AD.

Have a look at knowledge base entry KM-000000011373.

Hope this helps.

Subject: SSO

Hi,

We have some users which log in with fsmith (first name, last name), and other users in active directory with smithf (last name, first name).  Is there a way to configure SSO to recognize both formats?
