Total newbie here... (blush) I have an active link that populates the assign-to group and individual fields on window load of the HPD:HelpDesk form, however when they click Search for Request, the HPD:HelpDesk form opens in (Search) mode and they have to delete the auto-populated information prior to searching (if they are searching for something else). How do I limit an active link to only run in (New) mode?
Not even sure if I have the lingo right...mode/view?! Any help/documentation you could provide to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!
