Hi Brian, I dont know if you have applied the midtier patch aswell but Remedy says they have fixed the below defect in their midtier patch..
SW00217326 Groups field ( 104,.....) cannot translate group name into group id on Display,Window Open,Window Loaded I have not tried this . Hope it helps.
