Claire and Bob:
It is also a nice way to bring your dev environment up-to-date. If it were not for this, I would definitely agree. I would recreate that one action, unless you have a really good legal reason. Having had to recreate over 200 actions due to my own mistake (that I will NEVER make again), I can state that this is way too much work for just one action.

For one ticket? I mean, 1 out of how many thousand per month? Is anyone going to miss 1 ticket? I think that the most I would do is retype the thing. If I wanted to be really clever I would create an import record by hand and then import it, which would allow you to set the record ID and the date(s). But I wouldn't touch a backup for just 1 ticket.
