What does the escalation log tell you? I wonder if you are getting any error messages in the log files at all?

Loose the two at signs and the colon. All escalations run against
the server and never against the client.

Hey Guys
I'm trying to get s script to execute on an escalation, the scipt works
fine if we execute it via a shell, but not through an escalation.
In the escalation I have it as a run process :
@@:/export/home/remps/import/smsimport.sh
Which doesn't do anything.
Any ideas?
Den
