** It is tough because my direct report (who is clueless) is saying give these people Administrative access to the entire system.  In the Admin tool -- Configuration changes were made, and I was of course the one scrambling to try to troubleshoot and fix the matter.  Of course the manager says, "oh the admin probably accidentally hit the wrong keystroke."  And of course the admin doesn't return phone calls and takes off on vacation. __20060125_______________________This posting was submitted with HTML in it___
