I hope I understood your question correct…the table is on the Remedy Management form (Management Console).  Then the table is pulling data from the SHR:Survey form…

Thanks James.  But the weird thing is, out of the box, the table qualification was '7' = "Responded".  Before I messed with it, the managers were seeing all surveys that had been responded to, even if it wasn't their survey to look at.  So that is why I wanted to make the qualification more restrictive...but now it seems as though I've messed something up.
