Estrella:
I cannot find either of the two fields referenced in my 'stock' installation of ITSM 6.0. Were these fields added after the installation to make this query possible?

I hope I understood your question correct...the table is on the Remedy Management form (Management Console). Then the table is pulling data from the SHR:Survey form...

Thanks James. But the weird thing is, out of the box, the table qualification was '7' = "Responded". Before I messed with it, the managers were seeing all surveys that had been responded to, even if it wasn't their survey to look at. So that is why I wanted to make the qualification more restrictive...but now it seems as though I've messed something up.
