If I remember right, Remedy ITSM apps used to come bundled with a sampler form for bug tracking.. it wasn't an application but a naked form with just place holders for bug descriptions and all that good stuff.. I know I can create that on my own but I love being lazy when I can, and enjoy the sun while it lasts!
Anyone has a copy of this form that you could share with me.. I do not really need any workflow behind it - just the form but if this OTB form did come with some skeletal workflow I woudln't mind that too much either...
