List, Running ITSM v7. Having some issues with notification emails being sent out without a body. Examing the filter log, the body is there all the way up to and including the Notify Action. (The notify action has Text = $Email Subject Body$). However, at some point between that action and when it reaches the 'AR System Email Messages' form the body dissappears and is sent out without a body.
Trying to understand every action that happens after the Notify Action. Any thoughts on what may be happening here or furthur troubleshooting steps to take?
