** Peter,   It is an API program that is meant to be run on a crontab or escalation basis (about every 10-15 minutes) to take a snapshot of your logged-in users.  It then writes that information to a form in Remedy for you to use in your reporting and analysis.  The version you downloaded was written for ARS 5.x.  I am in the process of re-writing it for ARS 6.x and 7.  Should be done sometime soon, I hope.  I added in some other features, so it’s taking a little longer to get ready and tested.  J   Hope that helps clarify things a little bit.  If not, contact me off-list and I’ll help you further.   Thanks,   Matt Reinfeldt http://www.mattreinfeldt.com/   From: Lammey, Peter A. Remedy BMC could not give us a solid answer on how to manage this so I have been looking elsewhere for community tools, etc and I stumbled upon a download on Matt Reinfeldt's site under the heading "licMon.zip".  I looked at the files included but I can see what this utility is about.
