Hi Mike

The "ARERR [307] Required field (without a default) not specified: 2"
Seems to indicate that the filter is firing, and that the push is
occurring, but that the destination form requires a setting for Field ID
2. The data is not supplied in the push, or defaulted in the form. Try
setting Field ID 2 to something sensible and re-try the push.
