Hello List, I have been trying to install an instance of ARS 7.0 and the full ITSM suite on HPUX with an Oracle Database. Ive tried a few clean installs without any luck. Here are the steps I have taken so far: Installed ARS 7.0 w/email and flashboards CMDB 2.0 Approval Engine Assignment Engine.
Everything works fine up to this point. I install Incident management and granted it takes about 3 hours to install on a 4 processor box with plenty of RAM, it always fails to install correctly. It seems from the logs that it fails to import a whole lot of forms, but when I go to look for the forms it failed to import and try to re-import them I Am missing a SYS: Menu form, which I can't find anywhere. Ive tried multiple times from a clean install and have had no luck. Has anyone else had trouble with this? Database is set to autoextend every 5mb with a max of 2gb. So it isnt an issue of space or permissions. Also is anyone running ITSM 6.0 apps on a 7.0 server without any problems?
