When you 'tag' along a new topic onto an existing message as a reply, this will cause message threading (the abililty to follow a series of messages on a single topic) to break.  It is best that you start with a new message to the list.  The list address has not changed for several years and is [email protected].

Does anyone know a way to display scrolling message in Remedy?

Such as "NOTICE: There is currently an outage on AMAACK2A102 - Use Maser Ticket 758658", scrolling from right to left...
