Solved
The Login*
field was checked for FTS. Clearing the 'Index for FTS' attribute solved the
problem.

Pete,
If I understand your description of the problem, you are saying that you created a test form (presumably with no other workflow) and created a single filter that does a Set Fields, reading from SHR:People, and you still get the following error message:
Login name xxx does not exist in the People form. The entry will be submitted, but see the application administrator for correction. (ARWARN 42079)
This message is associated with HPD:HPD-CheckRequester02.
If that is the case I would look for SHR:People filters that fire on Get Entry.
If that's not the case, can you clarify the problem?

There are filters that that read values from SHR:People and populate fields in another forms. No problems until last week. Nothing to my knowledge has changed. No filter will perform the function now, custom or OOB). I created a test form and test filter to no avail. An AL does work. I've stopped and started remedy. Nothing in the logs either except the error message. Has anyone seen this?
