When I click the link, I am prompted for
login. I login (successfully?) and receive "You are about to be redirected
to a connection . . . click Yes or No. I click Yes to continue. URL
resolves to http://support.bmc.com/arsys/apps/remcspenu.bmc.com/SSP/BMC%3ASSP%3AAdvancedSearchPage/AutonomySrchMain/?cacheid=25e396a9

I am using Internet Explorer 6.0.2900
SP2
Pop-ups are not blocked - I even set my IE
to block pop-ups then added the URL as "allow"
Remedy Support's answer was that the site
was working - and I expect it is - and I expect I have a setting that needs to
be modified but not sure which one.
Ideas?????
