Hi listers, does any of you ahve experience with installing ITSM 7 on VMware? We're tryingto install ITSM 7 Incident Management on a VMWare with 1,5 GB RAM. During the installation, we get the following error twice:
'Driver command completed with error'. After completing the installation all links are available in the Application Administration Console but none of them is working. If we install Incident Management additional to existing Change Management it works as it should. Checking the log files it seems that none of the forms regarding to 'SYS:Request Types' have been installed or imported. Maybe a wrong order during the installation? Which installation order is required to make the Incident Management working? Thanks for your answers.
