I am aware of two ways
1. Build your own url like the below
In the notify action of the filter you can use $Request ID$.
2. Use of shortcuts, In ars 7 you have an option to send either Web url or Shotcut or both but in the pervious versions once you specify the Default web path, it stops the sending ".task" shortcuts.
