Just remember that ANY 32-bit code has to be installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\ or D:\Program Files (x86)\ etc., in order to run.
If you install SQL Server 2000 on Win2K3 it will complain unless you are installing a distribution with Sp4, as I recall.
