My advice would be to try to get on a project as a jr. developer on a team with some senior people. Then learn more from them, and prove yourself to your project leaders. When you're leading those teams, you'll be able to qualify for those jobs.
Of course, as in demand as developers are, you may find some willing to relax their stated standards a bit, though you may have to prove yourself qualified in some other way.

**Hi all,I have about a year and half experience as ARS administrator and developer( 5.1.2 and 6.3). I am located in Atlanta GA and I am currently looking for a job. However, all the jobs posted require 4, 5 or more years of experience. Does anybody has any advice or tips that will help me get a job with the experience I have? I appreciate your help.Thanks.
