I did experience an issue with the last company I worked for where the
User tool would simply crash for this one user when the person was using
the Remedy 6.3 client and was opening the Object List.
To correct it I deleted the record for the user in AR System User
Preference and reset his password.
I doubt the password reset fixed the issue but I think something was
corrupt with his user preference record.

Out of about 1000 users, just recently, we've had 2 people complain that
they are not able to pull up or see the object list in the Remedy
Client.  They started with version 6.0, we upgraded to 6.3 and then even
7.0, still no luck.  This is definitely a client (desktop) issue, but we
cannot figure out what could be the cause of this.  
 
They are both working on Windows XP Professional PC's with SP2.
 
Anyone else see this before?
