It sounds like a permissions issue.  I'd check their assignment groups
first, then have them try logging in as somebody else.  Have them log in
on different machines.  Delete their accounts and recreate them.
Basically, narrow it down until something works.

Out of about 1000 users, just recently, we've had 2 people complain that
they are not able to pull up or see the object list in the Remedy
Client.  They started with version 6.0, we upgraded to 6.3 and then even
7.0, still no luck.  This is definitely a client (desktop) issue, but we
cannot figure out what could be the cause of this.  
 
They are both working on Windows XP Professional PC's with SP2.
 
Anyone else see this before?
